What are the requirements for check-in during this pandemic?
If you are coming from any flight, kindly present your medical certificate, upon check-in. On the other hand, if you are from Metro Manila, we only require any valid government ID of each guest.
How do I get to Ramada Encore Makati?
You can request for the hotel’s airport shuttle service or you may drive your own car. Our hotel provides basement parking for our guests, and it is free-of-charge. If you need more assistance getting around the area, our concierge staff will gladly help you book a ride.
Do you have shuttle service to and from hotel and airport?
Yes, we can arrange an airport shuttle with corresponding charges. Kindly email us your booking reference number along with your flight details.
When is your check-in and check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 12 noon.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit varies on the length of your stay—we require PhP1,000 for an overnight stay, while PhP3,000 for more than two nights of stay.
What is your smoking policy?
Due to the City Ordinance of Makati, smoking is prohibited in all rooms. However, we have designated areas for smoking.
Is the neighborhood around the hotel safe?
Our hotel is located in San Antonio Village and the area is safe as we are a few meters away from Makati Central Police Station.
