Great location and great breakfast buffet, rooftop restaurant at night unbelievable atmosphere, extra helpful staff to help you with any of your needs, security 24 hours and basement garage, breakfast buffet Filipino dishes with some American dishes and eggs made to order right in front of you, front desk very helpful on giving us directions and dependable Grab drivers to take us around the city, 30-45 minute drive to airport depending upon Manila traffic, rooftop restaurant on 9th floor we had our evening meals there every night.

I am overwhelmed about how this hotel rolls out their red carpet to every single customer. Marian Javier, in particular is very attentive and responsive to our requests. My daughter has a respiratory medical condition so she made sure that our room was suited to her needs. She made arrangements for our airport van, and replied to every email I had whilst getting in touch from the UK. She is a great ambassador of Filipino hospitality and the management should take pride in having her as part of their reputable hotel.

Would totally comeback. My husband and I stayed here for two days and we find the place much relaxing and really clean as well. Staff are polite and friendly. They are also very helpful and accommodating when we request to change rooms. It is also accessible but still has a quiet ambience. Overall,it was an amazing staycation 😊
